Place of Welcome

Our Place of Welcome serves as a local community
hub. It provides refreshments (coffee, tea, hot
chocolate, speciality teas, cakes and biscuits), wi-fi and
a children’s corner all free and open to everyone.
We also have many special events throughout the year-
visits - Doughnut Days, visits by Santa and the Easter
Bunny, celebration of Pride in London, Halloween etc.
Dates are announced on Facebook.
The following charities attend regularly to assist anyone
in need of their specialist help.
The Alzheimer’s Society on the second Wednesday of
the month
The Bexley Deaf Centre on the last Wednesday of the
month.

Place of Welcome also partners with Acts 435 to
provide fund raising for individuals in financial need to
crowd fund small items costing up to £200. If your
organisation knows of an individual in particular need
for such items, please contact us.
